Our CEO & Founder
Jeffrey Abramowitz founded And Then What Consulting Group after a career spanning law, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, correctional education, and national public policy.
His professional journey has included serving as a trial attorney, business owner, executive leader, national presenter, and Chief Executive Officer of a nationally recognized nonprofit organization. His lived experience within the criminal justice system provides a perspective that is uncommon among consultants and informs every aspect of the firm’s work.
This combination of executive leadership, legal expertise, operational management, and lived experience enables the firm to bridge gaps between policy and practice while helping organizations design solutions that are practical, measurable, and sustainable.
